-Male with max. age 35 years old
-Hold min. S1 degree in medicine with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
-Possess min. 2 years (site doctor) & 5 years (head doctor) experience in hospital or 24+ hours clinic & preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
-Having ATLS, ACLS, Hiperkes, PTT completion and Sea Survival certificates is an advantage.
-Experience in handling Medical Evacuation.
-Self reliant with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization also remain calm in emergency situations.
-Willing to be placed in Sumatra or Kalimantan.
-Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
-Strong leadership, mature and pleasant personality with good nurture.
